Prior to becoming a property manager, Anne was involved with the management of Estuary Plumbing for 12 years. Looking for a change in work environment, Anne then worked for Mandurah Kleenheat Gas. During this time she was also the Secretory for the Coastal Districts Tennis Association, organizing Tournaments and Pennant fixtures for 5 years.

Once her children were grown up and heading towards careers of their own, Anne was approached by Marlene Kennedy to try Property Management.

Now having worked in our Property Management department for 20 years, Anne is a long-time member of the team, and oversees the management of every property in Mandurah Estate Agency’s large residential portfolio.

Working in the real estate industry has inspired Anne’s enthusiasm for Property Management, and having had three investment properties of her own, she is fully aware of Landlord and Tenant requirements.

With over 25 years of real estate experience to offer his clients, Kent has been recognised as a Master Salesperson, consistently ranked in the top 2% in Western Australia for Listings and Sales throughout his career.

Highly regarded by his peers, Kent is currently Deputy President of the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia, and has been the South West Regional Delegate for 7 years.
He is also Immediate Past President of the Real Estate Employers Federation, a position he has held for 9 years.
